Farmers are struggling against Big Tech, Weather, Government, and other problems.
Some Groups are trying to even ban farming for ecological reasons.
We need to protect farms and farmers that are losing the battle.
In some cases, it may be necessary to buy their farm and let them continue as renters with funding.
(Especially to prevent Soros, Gates, Blackrock and China from buying them for GMO & Glyphosate that kills soil)
There are many ways to help them against obstacles:
Mulching conserves moisture, so drought becomes less of a problem.
Mulching and Organic Farming preserves and rescues from nutrient depletion.
New methods help remove claimed problems for ecology.
We need to help farmers avoid having to use Glyphosate and GMO.
Our first intention is to help Farmers and Ranchers is Texas, especially areas with low property taxes & lots of water.

First Draft of a Possible Approach:
The owner of the farmland or ranchland probably has mortgages for about 60% of value.
If we bought the property, paid off the existing mortgages, and leased the land back to the original farmer or rancher, with an option for him to buy it back later at a hefty discount, he could get the funding he needs, stay on the farm or ranch and run it like he always did.
We would be getting a loan based on our assets, not just on the property itself, so we should get a much better interest rate than the original owner did, so the lease amount should be much less than he was paying for mortgage(s).
The farmer/rancher would continue to pay his expenses, but his lease amount should be less than the mortgage payments he was making, he should get some added capital, and he has an option to buy the property back at a hefty discount at any time.
Again, this is our projected expectation, but we need to work out the details, and the assets we will be basing it on have not arrived yet, but should arrive soon.
